Case Study: How a new sales page and strategic email sequences helped energy healer Sue Crites start making more sales—without DMs, sales calls or ads

But when I sat down with my client, ​Sue Crites​, to interview her about the work we did together, she dove right into how she feels about her business now:

“You just did such a good job of being so thorough, on really getting to understand me, my business, and the way I work, and communicating that in a unique way that really reflected that,” said Sue.

“So there’s that—but there’s also this feeling, like, I can’t even explain the contentment that I feel knowing that I have this nurture sequence working for me.

  • Sue’s welcome sequence for new subscribers has an average open rate of 77.5% and an average click rate of 11.9% and gives her immense peace of mind because she knows new audience members will automatically get the information they need to make a confident buying decision

  • Sue is no longer actively answering Qs in the DMs because all of the information people need to buy is included on the sales page or in her nurture sequence: “It’s like a staff member doing sales for you all the time”
